I’m writing in response to a series of questions we are receiving regarding travel guidelines as we approach April break. The district follows all NYS guidelines regarding travel and quarantine measures. Last week Governor Cuomo announced a change in travel restrictions for those who have been fully vaccinated and stated that no quarantining or testing would be necessary. However, at this time there has been no change to the NYS DOH Travel Advisory. The Superintendent’s of Saratoga County meet regularly with the County Department of Health, and this is an agenda item. Once NYS formalizes the governors announcement in writing we will notify you when this becomes official.
