Please note that the Board of Education will start their public special meeting on Wednesday June 21st at 5:30 in the Jr/Sr High School Cafeteria and is scheduled to move directly into executive session – it is anticipated that executive session will likely convene until around 8:30pm- when the BOE will re-enter public session for resolution adoption – please note, this is not a motion to adopt a new mascot, rather it is a resolution adoption for purposes of mandate compliance for the state education department mascot regulation to retire “Red Raider”- discussion of next steps will take place at the next BOE meeting on July 13th.
