Temporary Traffic Pattern Change Due to Construction Project

Effective: Tuesday, July 2 – Tuesday, July 9 

Front of Campus:  Closed – Daily Hours of Closure: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Important Changes:

1. Front of campus will be shut down to ALL traffic from 5:30am-3pm

2. All elementary school traffic detoured around the building

3. New traffic route:

   • Enter down Pruyn Avenue toward the building

   • Use the walkway nearest the construction trailer

   • Please note-this will be two-way traffic during this time – Use caution to avoid any accidents with “oncoming” traffic.

4. Speed limit: Not to exceed 10 mph

5. Caution areas:

   • Narrowing of the walkway nearest the trailer

   • Dugout behind the building

6. Follow the “DETOUR” signs (route shown in the attached map) for access to and from the elementary school

7. Front of campus accessible via Pruyn Hill Road will reopen each day after 3 PM

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we continue our aggressive construction schedule this week into next.  Please be advised we cannot be responsible for accidents or damages to vehicles who do not follow the above instructions or speed limit.

Please note: All drivers and vehicles should adhere to the reduced speed limit and follow the designated route.
